Maintenance: Our maintenance department is responsive on a 24 hour basis. Our Maintenance staff is professional, technically educated, licensed and insured. They have a broad basis of both basic and specialized fields. Anything beyond the scope of our maintenance staff's individual scope is contracted out to proven reliable and fair independent contractors.

We take all maintenance calls from extermination to broken pipes. Because we have our own maintenance crew, we are able to fix/repair many things in a cost/time effective matter.
